I love the art of cooking.

But, not just any cooking.

I love cooking nourishing, healthy, soul feeding recipes that make your mind, body and spirit feel good.

And right now, at this time in our life, we need this nourishment more than ever. We don’t connect to people face-to-face as much as we used to. Our foods are polluted with chemicals and GMO’s harming our body and environment! We’ve grown sensitivities and food allergies. We eat processed, factory farmed food.

And not only that… we’ve grown further away from Earth’s resource — good, nutrient, soul filling food that supposed to make us feel good, not bad.

I’m here to show you that cooking doesn’t have to be scary or hard.
I’m here to show you how to appreciate Mother Earth’s gifts to us.


Mother Earth has gifted us with foods that we can learn from. Foods that we get to play with and create with. I’m here to show you that it is possible to make healthy, nutritious foods. Not the “foods” that instantly make you feel high and lead to you later feeling “heavy”, “sluggish” or “low”.

Because guess what?

Good, nutritious foods should make you feel light, grounded and good — just like we’re made to feel.

I’m here to teach and show you that you can feel good not only by good foods, but by the fact that you freaking made it!
